Louis D. George is Managing Director of Taft Business Consulting LLC. Drawing on his expertise in accounting and consulting, George provides comprehensive financial and business advice to businesses, executives and high net worth individuals.
Most recently George served as managing director of "myCFO," a privately held, national wealth advisory firm headquartered in Mountain View, California. He
became a partner with Deloitte & Touche in 1984 and served as Cincinnati Area Tax Partner-in-Charge from 1985 to 1993. In 1993 George became a national
partner with Deloitte & Touche, reporting to the office of the Chief Executive in a variety of roles including Partner-in-Charge of Acquisitions, Partner-in-Charge of Real Estate Services, National Director of Tax Technology and a member of the firm's Tax Management Committee. George received his bachelor's degree from West Virginia University. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA and other professional associations. George serves as an adviser on the board of a number of public and privately held business entities, both locally and nationally. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, the Urban Land Institute District Council, the Commonwealth Club and the Queen City Club.
Phyllis Adams
Ms. Adams is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Professional Data Resources, Inc. (PDR), positions she held since founding the Company in 1982. PDR was the largest female-owned information technology services company in Ohio and became part of Ascendum in February of 2008. She serves on Ascendum's Advisory Board, is active in the information technology industry and has served as past chair on national and state boards of technology associations.
She is an active member of the Cincinnati Business and Volunteer Community serving on the Board of Trustees of Xavier University and Saint Ursula Academy. As Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee for The Children's Theatre she is an advocate for arts in education. Ms. Adams is the chapter chair of the World Presidents Organization and serves as an advisory director of Mercury Instruments, an RMG Company.
