The Talent Acquisition Partner will work with our existing sales and recruiting teams to help identify, attract and hire top IT talent for Ascendum and our key clients. These positions will include Application Developers (Java, SharePoint, .Net, C#, Oracle, Essbase, ERP), Data Architects, Project Managers, Project Analysts, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance and Software Engineering.
Position Requirements:
- Action-oriented, results-oriented, "take charge" attitude.
- A minimum of 3-8 years of previous IT/technical, full lifecycle recruiting experience in a consulting/staffing/agency environment. Experience should include Application Developers (Java, SharePoint, .Net, C#, Oracle, Essbase, and ERP), Data Architects, Project Managers, Project Analysts, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance and Software Engineering.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting/exceeding established recruiting goals.
- Track record of driving 30-35% GP margins.
- Ability to quickly build a solid pipeline of qualified candidates within various IT Practice Groups and disciplines, thus requiring an extremely well-networked, organized professional.
- Must have experience dealing with a global talent pool and leveraging the best talent, for a given business problem across our enterprise.
- A team player who can demonstrate prior success within a highly collaborative, team-oriented process.
- Experience within the following industries Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services and/or Technology.
- Must be a quick study - training will be limited and when performed will mostly be ad hoc or on the job.

The Technical Consultant job requires candidate to perform XML & XSLT programming and development. Work x/XSD Schema and use Java amd Oracle databases.
3) Senior iPhone / iPad Developer: Job Posted: May 21,2010
We are looking for a senior iPhone / iPad developer to join the Mobility Unit of the Emerging Technologies Global Practice. As a Senior iPhone/iPad Developer, you will participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including assessment of client needs, design and architect the solution, and oversee (as well as participate in) the implementation of the solution. You will also be called upon to mentor other developer.
